My Experience with Wegic AI:
I found it overwhelming at first, but the process was surprisingly quick. I’ve previously designed sites on WordPress and other CMS platforms, so for me, Wegic AI was incredibly fast. Kimmy took my prompts, and within seconds, the entire structure was created. Editing the content was much easier than with regular CMS platforms.
While I’m not comparing it to most CMS platforms just yet, because it’s still new and I don’t know how it will perform under high traffic, I’m impressed with the design process. Even if you’ve never designed a website, you can create a beautiful site with Wegic AI—all you need is a proper prompt. In fact, a well-written prompt is essential for any AI application, and this one is no different.
Now, let’s talk about the plans:
With the free plan, you can start designing your site, but your site will be public for only 7 days. After that, you’ll need to upgrade to the basic or pro plan. The free plan isn’t very useful long-term.
Of course, you can’t rely on free resources in 2025, especially when applications like Wegic are integrating OpenAI technology, which comes with significant costs. So, nothing is truly free.
The basic plan offers a decent website, but for the $120 per year, I expected at least one custom domain for a single website. You get 10,000 visitors, which is great, but I believe they should offer a custom domain as part of this plan.
The pro plan, priced at $190 per year, includes everything: custom domains, unlimited pages, 25 websites, 100 modifications, unlimited visitors, AI assistants, and Google Analytics. I think they want to convert all customers to the pro plan.
